Katee began her career in real estate in 2013 as a sales agent working with two top producing firms. Despite her success with sales,  the supporting activities appealed more to Katee's interest. It’s well known that transaction management, meeting deadlines, ensuring compliance, and strong communication are essential for a smooth real estate sale. In order to focus on these compelling needs, Katee formed a transaction coordination company serving agents. She is passionate about customer service, and helping real estate agents conduct their business while living a life they enjoy. Katee takes away the stress of paperwork and deadlines so agents can go do what they do best -- sell houses!

Katee lives in Bath with her husband Josh, and two kids, Avery and Quinn. They love spending family time outdoors, hiking the national park with their dog Stella, and visiting local breweries.
